À propos de moi
Chondromalacia patellae (CMP), which is also known as "runner's knee," is a condition in which the cartilage on the underside of the kneecap (patella) breaks down and softens. This can cause pain, especially when doing things like climbing stairs, squatting, or sitting for long periods of time. The knee may also feel or sound like it's grinding. Rest, physical therapy, and painkillers are common conservative treatments. Stem cell therapy is becoming more popular as a promising, less invasive alternative, especially when other treatments fail.
