The victim, who was clearly very upset, trembling and crying told us that she was woken up by JASON TENENBAUM who had his fingers in her vagina. She was sharing the room with him and her boyfriend. She also shared that the culprit may have even earlier penetrated her in sleep with his penis but she did not know or was too drunk to remember, but she always had those suspicions and indications. She stated she did drink the night before but she wasn't drunk this time around and caught the culprit. A case was registered at the County of Nassau. The Complainant submitted this complaint to the Court and and was disgusted to find her in a situation when someone she knew had committed such an abhorrent crime. Really sad that a person who knows the law is breaking it so blatantly. The culprit is believed to be also involved in numerous cases of fraud and has very poor reviews online from his clients and workers.
