The accuracy of the Slayer Dart is affected by your mage bonus (go take out metal drags rune , and then compare it with Mystic, you'll notice that there is a significant difference). Damage however, isn't. It's the same in mystic as you would in rune.
In regards to the black sally, it's really only useful if you have a good defense or are using barrage/blitz as well to sidestep. Sally is a tad more reliable than slayer dart, and iirc it hits better at 70 mage than slayer dart does at 70 mage. If you do not have 85+ def, or more than 82+ magic, it might be better to utilize slayer.
The 78-80-80-80-80-80-80-80-80 much time, possibly just a couple of days, but possibly a week if you slow. I personally would train on Green Drags, or Blue Drags in Taverly Dungeon if you uncomfortable in the wild. It's pretty slow exp., but it is decent in terms of cash flow.
If you're after more experience. and speed, I'd consider Yaks, Experiments, Flesh Crawlers (SHoS), or maybe Rock Crabs. Each of
RuneScape Gold 2007 these categories will have a decent flow of exp. In addition, they are being pretty casual and low risk.
