During the installation of my
2U server, I encountered an error that I can't pinpoint or resolve. The installation process starts as expected, but at a certain point, I receive an error message:

- RAM: 64GB DDR4 ECC RAM
- Storage: 4TB RAID 5 Array
- Network Interface: Dual Gigabit Ethernet
- Operating System: Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS
- Error Message: "Error: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)"
teps Taken So Far:
Checked server connections and ensured all cables are securely connected.
Verified that the server meets the minimum system requirements for the chosen OS.
Attempted a fresh installation with a different installation media.
Updated BIOS firmware to the latest version.
Checked RAID configuration for any anomalies.
Reviewed server logs for any relevant error messages.
Contacted XYZ Corporation support, but no resolution provided yet.
