  • Sport helps me - I run or exercise before important tasks. It gives me a boost of energy and helps me concentrate. I also try to reduce the number of gadgets around me, otherwise I can't concentrate on one thing at a time

I'm trying to go without medication myself, and planning works for me. I always make a clear list of tasks and try to work for 25-30 minutes at a time and then pause. I've noticed it helps with less distractions and avoiding multitasking. Here is info on focus with ADHD without medication, you might find something useful https://www.voiset.io/blog/how-adhd-affects-workflow

I have ADHD and I try to work without medication, but I often lose focus. I've tried different techniques, but I still can't keep my attention on tasks. Do any of you deal with this without medication, maybe any tips or techniques to help stay focused?
