  • Oh, hello. What a peculiar question! And there’s something I can suggest here. A jouney map is like X-ray vision for UX. This guide to journey maps walks through plotting touchpoints, emotions, and pain points. I mapped a user’s path from ad click to support call, turns out, our ‘helpful’ chatbot was the villain.
