ESPN. Nike Tn Rosse .com caught up with Jamaican track star and nine-time Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt, who visited the ESPN campus in Bristol, Connecticut, on Friday. Here are some snippets from the conversation:Question from Youve mentioned many times over the past few months that the Rio Olympics will be your last Olympics. So, still the same? No Tokyo?Answer from Usain Bolt: No, definitely not. Rio would be my last Olympics.Q: Will the IAAF 2017 World Championships in London be your last hurrah?A: Thats what I keep saying, but my coach keeps telling me not to say that because he wants me to continue [to compete] because he thinks I can do more if I want. He says, Wait until the end of the season to decide, but I really want to retire after [the season].Q: What do you want to do after you retire?A: I have a lot of things in the pipeline right now. One of the main things is to do as much around track and field as possible, because I think the sport needs the help to continue to motivate athletes. Also, in Jamaica, through my foundation, I want to develop a clinic for the younger kids so, when they get injured, it can be cheaper [to get treatment], and help them get off to a better start to go to the professional level.Q: How much have the recent doping scandals, with the recent developments in Russia leading into Rio and track overall, affected the accomplishments of elite athletes?A: I think its rough for sports in general. I always say, you have to get to the worst to get better, and I think the IAAF [International Association of Athletics Federations] and WADA [World Anti-Doping Agency] are doing a good job now in cleaning up the sport. This is why it is so bad at this point, but now, because they are so aggressive with what they are doing ... Yes, its bad, but its a good thing they are actually doing this so the sport can get into a better light in the near future.Q: What role do you play in that process?A: I will try to stay as close to the sport [as I can], because Ive already proved you can do it clean. If I can stay [involved] with the sport, we can find different ways to motivate people and preach to them and explain to them that all they need is dedication to the sport.Q: What is your take on the conversation that is happening right now in this country around Colin Kaepernick and the recent protests?A: Everyone has the right to their own opinion. If you feel strongly about something and you want to voice your opinion, I feel its your right, so, thats how I look at it because thats how life is.Q: Is that something you will get involved in, before or after retirement?A: No, for me, I stay as far away from politics as possible, or any controversy. I try to live my life to the best, but I just always preach that you should just work hard and do your best ... I try to stay as far away from that as possible.Q: Who is the next Usain Bolt?A: Its hard to say, but I hope its going to be a Jamaican. Yohan Blake has proven himself that he can be great, so I hope he can be that person. ... Andre De Grasse is going to be a great contender, but like I said, I hope its going to be a Jamaican [smiles]. But De Grasse is going to be a great athlete.Q: Who is the best Olympian of all time?A: I would love to go with me [laughs]. Theres a lot of great Olympians, but for me, I try to prove myself as one of the best -- and thats the key thing. I want to be one of the greatest athletes ever to live, not only in track and field, but in all of general sport.Q: Would you trade in all of your Olympic gold medals for a chance to play for Manchester United in a Premier League match?A: No, no, I couldnt do that. ... Its a lot of hard work to get nine Olympic [gold] medals! I couldnt do that. No. Its tempting, but no.Q: Favorite meal? And not necessarily an in-training meal.A: My favorite thing is always wings. That is my guilty pleasure.Q: How many wings did you eat after the Olympics were over?A: I actually had nuggets and mostly Asian food when I was at the Olympics [laughs]. But as soon as I got back to Jamaica, or when I was in London, I had a lot of wings. That was the first thing I asked for -- Hey, get me some wings. Tn Squalo Nere . Both players have lower body injuries that will keep them out of the lineup until at least January 31, which is the first game they can be activated from IR. Air Max Plus Nere . The 17-year-old native of Marystown, N.L., pulled out of Skate Canada International last month in Saint John, N.B., with the same problem. ;. Aaron Harrison scored a 22 points for Kentucky (6-1), which has won four in a row following a Nov. 12 loss to current No. 1 Michigan State. Julius Randle overcame a scoreless first half and added his sixth double-double in as many games with 14 points and 10 rebounds.Gary Neville previews Manchester Uniteds clash with Arsenal on Saturday, running the rule over Wayne Rooney, Jose Mourinho and more. United claimed their first league win in four games before the international break, but sit a disappointing sixth in the Premier League going into Saturdays clash. Man Utd vs Arsenal November 19, 2016, 11:30am Live on Get Sky Sports Get a Sky Sports pass They are six points behind Arsenal, who are just two off leaders Liverpool, and Arsene Wengers men are unbeaten since the opening day of the season. Neville, who was heavily involved in the most fierce United v Arsenal clashes throughout the 1990s and 2000s, says the Premier League is back to a higher level, Jose Mourinho should be given plenty of time, and it is nowhere near the end for Wayne Rooney. Clashes between United and Arsenal have always been entertaining You can watch Manchester United v Arsenal live on Sky Sports 1 from 11.30am on Saturday. If Jose was happy, Id be disappointedPeople say Jose Mourinho is not so happy at the moment, and to be honest with you I would be disappointed if he was happy, with some of the performances he has seen. I think what he will be most concerned about at the moment is the inconsistency, the fact his teams performances fluctuate from being really good to being so bad.Thats the worst thing for a manager or a player - inconsistency. You want to trust your players so they can produce a high level of performance week in, week out. That doesnt mean to say you have to always be at your best, but to get a very good minimum standard. Neville says Mourinho will be disappointed with Manchester United’s inconsistency at present Actually, at the moment, you can go from a really good performance in a certain match, to a performance the week after that just drops to a standard. At the moment, he is right not to be happy, because hes seen different levels of consistency from the players, and the players who have won titles before will understand you cant drop to those levels. Youre never winning a title if youre inconsistent, and thats what hell be disappointed with. Theyve now had three managers in three, four years. You know that change in direction, style of play, how each manager works, getting used to that. Its the same in any workplace. If you had three different bosses in your company in three years, you wouldnt know whether you were coming or going, and thats the same out there. Its important that the club can stick by Jose for three years, let him do the work. Its going to be tough, you can see that at the moment. Highlights: Swansea 1-3 Manchester Utd The other clubs are spending big money, have their house in order, good teams as well. And Manchester United are not going to have it all their own way unfortunately. It was great watching the club win titles and being part of that all the time, but the reality of it is that it was never going to go on forever, this period was always going to come, but theyre going to have to fight through the difficult times, and do it in the right way if you like, and that means stability with the management team.Let Jose do his jobI think were judging Jose Mourinho on a moment. You hear ridiculous things like: Has he lost his magic? He won the league 18 months ago, hes one of the most successful managers of all time and hes only young in management terms. If Manchester United go and win the next four matches, Mourinho will be a genius again, theyll say, and were very quick these days to shoot managers, coaches, players down, particularly thosse who have built up enough credit to prove it over a long period of time. Air Max Plus Rosa. Mourinho and Wenger face off again on Saturday Ultimately, let him do his job, let him deliver. Theres nothing to suggest hes not going to deliver here yet, in my mind. Theres evidence to suggest its going to be tough, tougher than he thought.Premier League back to a higher levelI think there have been some brilliant games this season; theyve been competitive and ferocious. I think this season, with the introduction of new managers, there seems to be a higher standard, and I can see the Premier League getting back to a higher level in this first three months of this season.I hope this Manchester United v Arsenal game on Saturday is a real game. A proper game, where there is that real competitive edge, with both teams going for it with great football. I also want to see great organisation, with not a lot being given away. Highlights: Arsenal 1-1 Tottenham The 8-2 games, or the 5-0, 6-0 games, in some ways theyre not that good a game, because what you really want is for it to be a massive struggle between the top teams, and thats what Id hope on SaturdayIts not the end for RooneyAt the moment, the way Rooney fits into the jigsaw is that he plays some games and doesnt play others. Hes arrived at that period in his career where ultimately, thats how its going to be for him.But thats not a criticism, thats just a happening. Thats what happens to all players as they get into their 30s, they dont play every single week Wednesday-Saturday, Wednesday-Saturday. Neville says Rooney is going through what a lot of players have experienced His performances havent been up to his level for the past eight to 12 months. Mourinho has left him out in the past months, hes put other players in, and its for Wayne Rooney to fight his way back into the team. But its not the end of Wayne Rooney, I just believe hes entering into a different phase of his career where hes not going to play every week, and his contributions are going to be different than they were previously. Why are we surprised? Its happened to Gerrard, Terry, Giggs, Scholes, Lampard. Historically, over the years, why are we surprised all of a sudden that another great Premier League player gets into his 30s and this happens. Why are we surprised by it? We shouldnt be. Neville says there seems to be a higher standard in the Premier League this season Its a personal choice that United players have had to decide previously; are they happy with those 25-30 games a season, or do they want to get out and play every week?Thats something Wayne Rooney has to decide over the next six, 12 months or whatever that will be. Its not a choice Manchester United can make, as long as he has a contract. Its his choice. But youve got to remember, hes only been out of the team for four weeks. Hell still be in the mindset of fighting to get back into the team and playing every game.Carrick makes things tickCarrick is almost never going to be star of the show, but I always get the feeling that when Michael is in the team, the team play better. That was the feeling when I was there, and since Ive left. Michael Carrick has performed well in recent weeks He has the habit of bringing the best out of other players. Thats through the control he brings, the composure, the experience, the defensive and positional play that some people dont always spot because its not a sliding tackle or aggressive header. You wont find many people that have a bad word to say about him, hes a fantastic player, and the big thing is he makes the team tick a lot better.Id be surprised if we didnt see him play on Saturday. Weve had an international break where he isnt involved, hes had the time for preparation, and could be important for United on Saturday.Upgrade to Sky Sports now to watch Man Utd v Arsenal this Saturday and get the first six months half price!
