PE series jaw crusher mainly consists of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large belt pulley, a flywheel, a moving jaw, a side guard plate, a bracket plate, a back seat of the bracket plate, an adjusting screw rod, a reduction spring, a fixed jaw plate and a movable jaw plate, etc. Among them, the bracket also plays a role of insurance. In the process of breaking large stones into small ones, the first crusher is usually called the "main" crusher. 

When feeding the jaw crusher, the material is poured into the crushing chamber containing jaw teeth from the top entrance. The jaw teeth with great force pushed the material against the wall of the chamber, breaking it into smaller rocks. What supports the jaw movement is the eccentric axis. This shaft runs through the fuselage frame. Eccentric motion is usually generated by flywheels fixed at both ends of the shaft. 

Spherical roller bearings are often used for flywheels and eccentrically supported bearings, and the working environment of bearings is extremely harsh. Bearing must bear great impact load, abrasive sewage and high temperature. Although the working environment is extremely harsh, the jaw crusher still needs to work reliably, which is a key link to ensure the efficiency of production.
