  • Cenforce 130 mg, which contains Sildenafil citrate, is primarily used for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) to help relax blood vessels in the lungs, reduce pulmonary blood pressure, and improve exercise capacity. It is generally prescribed for adults diagnosed with PAH who have symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, or reduced ability to exercise. Patients who have moderate to severe PAH and have been evaluated by a cardiologist or pulmonologist are typically considered suitable candidates.

However, Cenforce 130 mg should not be taken by people with certain conditions, including severe heart problems, low blood pressure, recent stroke or heart attack, or those taking nitrates or certain other medications that can dangerously interact with sildenafil. It is also usually avoided in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment unless a doctor adjusts the dose carefully.
