　　EQUITY = BALANCE + FLOATING PROFIT
　　Vì giá luôn chuyển động không ngừng => Floating profit luôn thay đổi => Equity luôn biến động.
　　Nếu tài khoản của bạn KHÔNG có bất kỳ giao dịch nào đang mở (Floating profit = 0), thì Equity = Balance.
Ví dụ: Bạn gửi 1000$ vào tài khoản của mình. Balance = 1000$.
　　• Bạn chưa thực hiện giao dịch nào trên thị trường: Equity = Balance = 1000$.
　　• Khi bạn thực hiện 1 giao dịch và đang có khoản lỗ 50$ (Floating Profit = -50$). Lúc này Equity = 1000 + (-50) = 950$.
　　Equity gọi là Vốn thực có vì nó phản ánh giá trị thực tài khoản của bạn. Equity quan trọng hơn Balance rất nhiều.
　　3. Free margin là gì？
　　Free margin là chênh lệch giữa Equity (Vốn chủ sở hữu) và Used margin (ký quỹ đã sử dụng).
　　Ký quỹ còn dư đề cập đến Vốn chủ sở hữu trong tài khoản của nhà giao dịch KHÔNG bị ràng buộc trong các lệnh đang mở hiện tại.
Theo công thức trên có thể thấy nếu trạng thái giao dịch của bạn đang có lãi, Equity sẽ tăng lên và Free margin sẽ tăng theo. Từ đó có thể giúp bạn mở thêm nhiều lệnh giao dịch khác nếu muốn.
　　• FREE MARGIN là số tiền không bị khóa bởi các lệnh giao dịch đang mở và có thể được sử dụng để mở thêm các giao dịch mới.
• Khi FREE MARGIN ở mức 0 hoặc ít hơn, bạn sẽ không thể mở được các giao dịch mới.
