Between the end of NFL Combine and the unofficial start of NFL free agency marked by the blockbuster trade of Ru sell Wilson from the Seahawks and the Broncos, there are lot of new factors to consider in projecting the picks for the 2022 NFL Draft. There's more clarity on what teams need and what they're thinking to try to upgrade their rosters come April 29. To celebrate all the movement, Sporting News is expanding its mock draft to three rounds to provide more insight into the po Blank Jersey sible selections for every team on the first two nights. Here's a breakdown from No. 1 to No. 103 overall, with quarterbacks suddenly getting a lot more buzz and love early:BIG BOARD: NFL Mock Draft 2022Round 11. Jacksonville Jaguars (3-14)Aidan Hutchinson, EDGE, Michigan (6-6, 260 pounds)The Jaguars should consider bringing back offensive tackle Cam Robinson through some avenue to keep him in pa s protection in front of Trevor Lawrence. That would clear the decks for them to take the best defensive player available. Hutchinson stands out with relentle s pa s-rushing but also has shown a well-rounded game to handle all the duties of new coordinator Mike Caldwell's Buccaneers-modeled 3-4.2. Detroit Lions (3-13-1)Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame (6-4, 220 pounds)The Lions also should think about impact playmaker for their defensive coordinator, Aaron Glenn. The former star defensive back should appreciate what all the unique Hamilton can do for a secondary, an extra thumper to help the linebacker corps and a solid extrainside cover man with a nose for Burch Smith Jersey the ball.3. Houston Texans (4-13)Evan Neal, OT, Alabama (6-7, 337 pounds)The Texans should be looking to dump Laremy Tunsil's gaudy contract and that would leave a big void on their offensive line in front of whoever's quarterbacking and running the ball for them in 2022. Neal is more of a pure left tackle than Ickey Ekwonu, so that could tilt the choice toward him.4. New York Jets (4-13)Kayvon Thibodeaux, EDGE, Oregon(6-4, 254 pounds)The Jets should be thrilled if Thibodeaux slips here to become the explosive cornerstone pa s-rusher for coach Robert Saleh, which will remind him of having Nick Bosa powering his defense in San Francisco. This makes great sense as the follow-up high first-rounder to quarterback Zach Wilson.5. New York Giants (4-13)Ickey Ekwonu, OT/G, NC State (6-4, 310 pounds)The Giants, as expected, just removed the hefty contract of right tackle Nate Solder from the books and here's their direct replacement for him opposite Andrew Thomas. New GM Joe Schoen needs to upgrade the offensive line well for new coach Brian Daboll, regardle s of who's the quarterback.MORE:6. Carolina PanthersCharles Cro s, OT, Mi si sippi State (6-5, 307 pounds)The Panthers may opt to not to take a quarterback early and instead addre s their biggest offensive weakne s overall. Cro s is a similar strength-power prospect to Ekwonu with his own mean and nasty blocking style. He has untapped upside with his footwork and agility.7. New York Giants (from Chicago Bears)David Ojabo, EDGE, Michigan (6-4, 250 pounds)The Giants can think about loading Billy Hamilton Jersey up on their offensive line or they could use their second high first-rounder to get their cla sic impact pa s-rusher. Ojabo, once raw, has risen fast up boards along his former teammate Hutchinson because of his relentle s, explosive style.8. Atlanta Falcons (7-10)Derek Stingley Jr., CB, LSU (6-1, 195 pounds)The Falcons have found a gem at cornerback in A.J. Terrell but could use another dynamic playmaker for the back end of Dean Pees' 3-4 pre sure defense. They also will be ready to land Hamilton, but either way they should be ecstatic to upgrade their secondary with a can't-mi s well-rounded player.9. Seattle Seahawks (from Denver Broncos)Malik Willis, QB, Liberty (6-0, 219 pounds)Willis proved he should be a top-10 pick for a QB needy team, which the Seahawks suddenly after the blockbuster Ru sell Wilson trade that yielded this pick in return. Willis can be their new version of Wilson with strong arm, fine athleticism and overall toughne s.10. New York Jets (from Seattle Seahawks)Sauce Gardner, CB, Cincinnati (6-2, 190 pounds)Saleh, should Thibodeaux land in New York to be his next Bosa, can also get his version of Richard Sherman on the field in this nasty, fearle s and now extremely speedy cover man. Getty Images 11. Washington Commanders (7-10)Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa (6-7, 325 pounds)The Commanders may be reshuffling the line with right guard Brandon Scherff set to leave as a free agent and left guard Ereck Flowers having only one year left on his contract. Left tackle Charles Leno Jr is coming off a strong season and Sam Cosmi is a good candidate to be either a strong swing backup or prepare to take over for Flowers. Penning, with natural strength and power for right tackle, also wowed with athleticism at the Combine and would be the best player available to boost new QB Alcides Escobar Jersey Carson Wentz.12. Minnesota Vikings (8-9)Travon Walker, EDGE, Georgia (6-5, 272 pounds)Walker is versatile and explosive. He can line up anywhere on Minnesota's front for new defensive coordinator Ed Donatell and can be downright disruptive. The Vikings have some outside i sues with end Everson Griffin and linebackers Nick Vigil and Anthony Barr unsigned.13. Cleveland Browns (8-9)Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State (5-11, 183 pounds)Wilson, who went to the same high school as Baker Mayfield, can be a big-needed No. 1 wideout boost to the struggling QB with his smarts, quickne s, route-running and hands. He's a little more complete than former teammate Chris Olave, which gives a little more appeal for the Columbus to Cleveland jump.14. Baltimore Ravens (8-9)Tyler Linderbaum, C, Iowa (6- Brad Boxberger Jersey 2, 296 pounds)The Ravens are looking for an interior stud and should focus on center with Kevin Zeitler serving well as right guard and Bradley Bozeman headed into free agency. Linderbaum, who has been working with former Iowa star turned Ravens legend Marshal Yanda, would be ideal inside.15. Philadelphia Eagles (from Miami Dolphins)Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State (6-0, 187 pounds)The Eagles look like they hit on DeVonta Smith but they already made a big speed and quickne s whiff on Jalen Reagor in the first round. They can make amends by getting the polished and smooth Olave to play off Smith and take the pa sing game to a much higher level with Jalen Hurts.MORE:16. Philadelphia Eagles (from Indianapolis Colts)George Karlaftis, EDGE, Purdue (6-4, 266 pounds)The Eagles have some i sues at defensive end with Brandon Graham coming off a torn Achilles' at 33, Josh Sweat being ineffective and Derek Barnett heading into free agency.
