At the end of the hall, jump out onto the ledge to your left . Continue following the curvature around the tower until you are immediately above a cracked strut. Just like the first one, this will crack and you're programmed to be able to survive. There is no other route to the bottom of the tower--but it did glitch out and the fall nearly killed me twice before causing no damage a third time. If you've experienced this continue to return via the shortcut and attempt the leap until you're safely at the top of the elevator. Then, take it to another site of grace, and then, after passing another monk in blackflame, you'll find the boss door to Godskin Apostle.
The Apostle's attacks are well-telegraphed and it shouldn't require many attempts to get into the flow of his attacks. One sticking point for me was an attack that swiftly turns his blade front of him as an industrial fan, then holds it in place, and then walking away to do massive damage. I never managed to catch him up in this attack, and it's best to keep a distance until the end of the attack. Be aware of how you heal as well--the Godskin Apostle will teasingly lob in a blackflame missile at you whenever you try to drink off your glass.
