Browns @ Bengals.This is the one game that I feel most confident in seeing rain -- high rain coverage and some impre sive rain intensity at times (more than just a pa sing light shower). I think it's fair to consider leaning a little more towarda run-heavy game script here, so I'd give a bump up to running backs and defenses.
Saints @ Panthers |Jets @ Bills | Eagles @ Giants | Steelers @ Ravens.This is where the opening paragraph really comes in to play. All four of these games have a good chance of rain, but the honest truth is that I won't know the extent of the rain until Sunday morning when I can pull up radar and analyze each situation. My current feeling would be to not make any roster moves on these
