I work online and globally through Zoom to help anyone heal from the effects caused by trauma. This also helps with the healing of CPTSD (Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and PTSD – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder by using somatic relief healing such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, BrainSpotting Practices and Hypnotherapy to process the trauma locked in the body. I have taken courses in Neuroscience, which means we can understand the brain and body chemistry and work to improve our overall feelings when we understand what the good and bad chemicals in your body are doing for you.
