The lower the temperature of the Air Cooler Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) https://www.furnituremould.com/
, the faster the heat dissipation due to heat conduction, the lower the temperature of the melt and the worse the fluidity. This is especially true when the injection rate is low.
2. Injection time
The impact of injection time on the injection moulding process is manifested in three areas:
(1) In order to shorten the injection time, the shear strain rate in the melt also increases, and the injection pressure required to fill the cavity needs to be increased.
(2) The injection time is shortened, and the shear strain rate of the melt is increased. Due to the shear thinning property of the plastic melt, the melt viscosity needs to be reduced in order to fully inject the injection pressure into the cavity.
3. Plastic materials
The complexity of the injection moulding process depends on the complexity of the plastic material. However, due to different materials, different brands, different manufacturers and even mass production, the performance of plastic materials varies greatly. Different material parameters can result in completely different product forming results.
4. Injection temperature
The melt flows into the cooled injection mould cavity, resulting in heat loss due to heat transfer. At the same time, heat is generated due to shearing, and this portion of heat may be greater or less than heat transfer loss, which is mainly determined by the injection moulding conditions of the automobile parts. The viscosity of the melt decreases with increasing temperature. Thus, the higher the injection temperature, the lower the viscosity of the melt and the less the required filling pressure. At the same time, the injection temperature is also limited by the thermal degradation temperature and the decomposition temperature.
