processing, in order to prevent damage, we must improve our own strength, if there is no strength, why should customers choose us, why customers do not choose better, people say that the goods are more than three Customers staying behind, they have to improve their awareness of prevention, but this does not have to be done to give customers a trust.
Measures to prevent damage during table mould processing:
1. Outstanding casting structure design
The wall thickness of the casting is as uniform as possible to prevent hot joints from occurring, so as to reduce the heat exhaustion caused by heat collection in the mould part. Appropriate cast fillets should be placed at the corners of the casting to prevent sharp corners on the mould from causing stress.
2. Reasonable table mould structure design
(1) Each component in the table mould should have a satisfactory stiffness and strength to withstand pressure without deformation. The wall thickness of the mould should be satisfied to reduce the deformation.
(2) The design of the gating system minimizes impact and erosion on the core.
(3) Correctly select the public service coordination and appearance roughness of each component.
(4) Adhere to the mould heat balance.
3. The standard heat treatment process
The metallographic arrangement of the material can be changed by heat treatment, and the necessary strength, hardness, dimensional stability at high temperature, heat fatigue resistance and material cutting performance are adhered to. The correct heat treatment process will give a very good effect, and the properties of the steel are controlled by the quenching temperature and time, the cooling rate and the tempering temperature.
4. Die casting production process control
(1) Temperature control: preheating temperature and working temperature of the table mould; alloy casting temperature, under the premise of insisting on forming, using a lower pouring temperature.
(2) Reasonable die-casting process: specific pressure and filling speed.
(3) Adjust the clamping force of the machine to make the table mould evenly stressed. Pay attention to cleaning the debris of the outer surface of the mould, so as to avoid the uneven force on the outer surface of the mould when the mould is closed, causing deformation.
(4) The strict control of alloy melting to reduce gas in molten metal.
