1. The reinforcing layer of the hose is not rusty, but there are irregular broken wires. If the hose is broken, peel off the outer rubber layer and check that the reinforcement layer is not rusted, but there are irregular broken wires in the length direction of the reinforcement layer. The main reason is that the hose is subjected to high-frequency impact.

2. Due to external force (shrapnel breakdown, squeezing and breaking) or system overload, the high-pressure hose has a large break or is about to break, you can take the bone connection method: wipe the break of the hose and remove the broken part; self-made The steel "bonding" is inserted into the cut hose (when the situation is particularly urgent, a steel pipe with the same outer diameter as the hose bone diameter can be used as "bonding"); use a self-made steel plate clip to connect the hose to the "bonding" card Tight (when the situation is particularly urgent, you can use No. 8 iron wire to replace the self-made steel plate clip); clean the connected hose and use it

3. The hose is broken and the braided steel wire near the breach is rusty. If the high-pressure tubing breaks, peel off the outer rubber layer and check that there is rust on the braided and wound steel wire near the breach. This is mainly due to the moisture or corrosive substances in the outer rubber layer, which weaken the strength of the rubber pipe and cause it to break under high pressure.

Note: The hose arrangement should try to prevent the heat source and keep it away from the engine exhaust pipe. If necessary, equipment such as casing or maintenance screen can be used to prevent the hose from deforming due to heat. The hose equipment should be prevented from being in tension. Even if there is no relative movement between the two ends of the hose, the hose should be slack. The tensioned hose will swell and reduce its strength under the effect of pressure.
