3) The equipment is arranged in the order of the technological process at each work site that composes the assembly line. Production objects move in one direction between processes.

4) The production process of the product is broken down into many independent processes that can be completed in equal time intervals, and this time interval is the beat. These processes are allocated to each work site, and production is carried out at the same time and in parallel, so that the production process reaches rhythm.

5) There is a transmission device connection between the working places. Production objects can flow between processes in a streamlined manner, and the production process has a high degree of continuity.
