  If the injection molding Crate Mould design does not consider the exhaust setting, the gas accumulated in the injection molding Crate Mould will cause the following hazards.

  ①Increase filling resistance, resulting in unclear edges and corners of the product surface

  ② High internal stress is generated inside the product, and obvious flow marks, gas marks, and weld marks will appear on the surface, which will reduce the performance of plastic parts, produce bubbles, unqualified injection, weak welding, peeling, and other surface defects such as loose and uniform surface quality.

  ③Due to the compression of gas during injection molding, instantaneous high temperature is generated in the cavity, which decomposes and discolors the melt, and even causes spots such as local carbonization and scorching.

  ④Due to poor exhaust, reduce the filling speed and prolong the molding cycle. If the injection pressure is increased, the flash will occur locally, resulting in trapped air.

  Resistance is generated, resulting in loosening of the tissue and loss of strength. Proper venting can increase the injection speed and make the filling and holding pressure reach a good state.
