                                    如果只是牙齒酸痛,是沒有必要吃止疼葯的。如果疼痛確實難耐,那就需要看醫生了。

                    在這裏我們舉一個比較特殊的例子,即小部分患者對銀汞充填物的過敏反應。


                


                    一般人很少會對銀汞充填物過敏,但如果你過敏了,可能是由於銀汞合金充填物中的汞或者某些金屬引起的。


                


                    這種過敏和普通的皮膚過敏一樣,會出現皮疹或皮膚瘙癢。一般來說,對銀汞合金過敏的患者都有家族遺傳史,在確定是過敏反應的情況下,可以選擇更換充填材料。

                                            冷熱刺激痛:牙齒受到冷熱刺激時出現疼痛,冷熱刺激源移除后,疼痛就會消失。如果冷熱刺激移除后疼痛仍然持續,這說明你的牙髓已經有了不可逆的損壞,需要去看牙醫。

                                            補牙時間長了,牙齒里的充填物會磨損或崩裂。你自己可能感覺不到充填物被磨耗,但是牙醫可以在常規的口腔檢查中發現問題。


                                        


                                            如果充填物和牙齒釉質間粘接不密合,食物碎屑和致齲細菌會在縫隙內繁殖。你的牙很有可能還會出現另外一個齲洞,如果不及時治療,還會傷及牙髓,甚至引起牙根尖部膿腫。


                                        


                                            所以,別以為補過的牙就可以一勞永逸,定期檢查還是非常重要的。


                                        


                                            如果原本牙齒充填的範圍很大,繼續在旁邊發展的蛀牙也很大,很有可能會使你的牙齒沒有足夠的牙組織支撐充填物。發生這種情況的話,牙醫一般會給你做個牙冠來保護充填物。
