智齒拔除時有哪些禁忌證？

　　智齒拔除時有哪些禁忌證？智齒拔除前，應r解患者的全身狀況，如有嚴重疾病則緩之。


(1)嚴重心髒病:如果心髒病病情較重，應待病情好轉再拔除。

(2)高血壓：血壓較高的患者，收縮壓應控制在160毫米汞柱 (mmHg)以下,舒張壓控制在100毫米汞柱以下.並且穩定一周以 上者可以拔除。

(3)造血系統疾病(血液病)：嚴重貧血，血紅蛋白在80克/升 (g/L)以下；急性白血病爲拔牙禁忌證，多數慢性白血病患者如需 拔牙，應注意預防感染及出血。
