潔牙為什麼要齦上潔治和齦下刮治？

　　潔牙為什麼要齦上潔治和齦下刮治？菌斑按其形成部位，分為齦上菌斑和齦下菌斑，牙結石也分齦上結石和齦下結石。
初次潔牙時齦下不易潔淨，而且由於炎症存在，出血可能嚴重且痛覺敏感，發生感染的可能性較大。
齦上潔治後，牙齦炎症消退，齦下暴露再做齦下刮治，疼痛和出血都會減輕，病人會更安全。
