多生牙應該及時拔除嗎？

　　多生牙應該及時拔除嗎？多生牙又名額外牙，是恒牙中額外多出的牙齒，發生於牙弓的任何部位，但多見於2個上中切牙(俗稱門牙)之間，其次常見的多生牙為上頜第四磨牙。
有的額外牙埋藏在頜骨中而不萌出。

上頜前牙的多生牙，無論長在什麼部位都應及時拔除。
尤其是影響上前牙排列的多生牙。

上頜第四磨牙排列整齊，無食物嵌塞，有對頜牙的可保留，否則需拔除。
