什麽是簇集性頭痛？

　　什麽是簇集性頭痛？本病又名組胺性頭痛或周期性偏頭痛?病因尚不明確，一般 認爲是免疫過敏性反應。好發于中年男性，主要爲一側發作性劇 烈頭痛，多在入睡後1?2小時突然發生，可在短時間內達到髙峰。疼痛多起始于眼窩部或眼的周圍，向同側額部、歌部、頭頂等擴散. 疼痛呈燒灼樣、刀割樣或跳痛.每日發作】至數次，每次持續30 分鍾至2小時有規律的定時發作.多在夜晚或午睡後發作?持續數 周至10余周自行緩解。疼痛發作有一定的周期性.根據臨床特 點診斷.可用磷酸組肢溶液
