How does High Pressure Solenoid Valve work?

Cuerpo

A high-Pressure Solenoid Valve is an electronically controlled valve. The valve has a solenoid, which is an electric coil with a movable ferromagnetic core (plunger) in the center. In the rest position, the plunger closes a small hole. The current passing through the coil generates a magnetic field. The magnetic field exerts an upward force on the plunger that opens the orifice. This is the basic principle used to open and close solenoid valves.

  Note for High-Pressure Solenoid Valve:

Only used for cleaning liquids and gases.

Indirectly operated valves require differential pressure to function.

Used to close, open, meter, dispense, or mix media with 2 or more inlets/outlets.

  Act fast.

Options such as manual override, ATEX, gas certification, and media separation.

It may get hot because it needs the energy to switch and stay in that position (depending on the type).

Commonly used in heating systems, compressed air, vacuum, irrigation, car washing, etc.

Acrylic Flow Meter is also our product, welcome to consult and purchase.
