How do you share a report with a contact:
Once Artwork Archive generates a report and you click on it, it will take you to the Reportspage.
Find the report that is interesting to you and click the blue arrow. Click the blue arrow beside the report's name, and then click 'Share'
You'll need to locate the contact information for the person to whom you wish to report. Include a note to explain the purpose of your report and personalize the report. Click "Submit"
'Send'.
You are also able share your contacts with all Contact Groups. Select the appropriate group from drop-down list to do this. Once the report was shared,
A Share Record for the group will be added to each contact record.
