Since Path of Exile was published and continuously updated, Grinding Gear Games plans to release Path of Exile 2 by 2021 because it has a very good game experience and a large number of players. not only updated the new activities, but also adjusted the entire customization mechanism, the way the class works and its animation. Although the release time may be extended, a beta test version will be released.

The Campaign
In order to make the story of MMOAH the sequel have more new content, Grinding Gear Games has prepared many sequels. Path of Exile 2 will add a brand new battle, which will be carried out together with the existing battle, which will bring brand new enemies and give players a better gaming experience.

The Enemies
Players will play against new enemies to get a better gaming experience. Grinding Gear Games believes that some previous bosses are outdated, so they will try to give some new low-end bosses more skills to make them more advanced. This will bring another challenge to the player, as well as more creepy characters, we will definitely have nightmares.

The Classes
On the one hand, classes in Path of Exile will remain the same, but they will feel brand new due to the upcoming gem overhaul. Players equip and management skills will be completely changed, so all classes will gain new capabilities and foundations. On the other hand, the new mechanism of Shapeshifting will be implemented seriously in new games, which is good news for players.

Shapeshifting
In Path of Exile 2, players will have the chance to, seamlessly, transform into a beast. In most RPGs, when we hear the word shapeshifting we think of faster ways to move and tankier bodies to move through groups unharmed. In POE 2 though, we shall expect a little bit more. According to GGG, shapeshifting will occur instantly in the push of a button and the player will be able to switch in and out of it whenever he/she pleases. There will be a select skillset for each “shape”, which will correspond to a series of in-game moves. Those moves will scale depending on your own gear’s damage whether you’re an archer or a witch. For now, we know that there will be a Werewolf shapeshifting form, while there might be a bear, a panther and a cheeta one. We’ll have to wait to find out more about what the team plans to do with this mechanic later this year.

Graphics
The team of Grinding Gear Games has made greater updates through the use of POE Orbs a new graphics engine, thereby greatly enhancing the dynamic lighting and vision of Path of Exile, which will make the visual effects more dynamic than before.

Gems – Items
The gem overhaul runs way deeper than that. Path of Exile 2 introduces new gem types, like the meta gem which will let you equip Auras and activate them all at once. This is one extension to the gem implementation system that GGG has planned for the sequel. With it, each gem can now implement more, making a safe place for all of your support gems.
