While we are slightly kidding, we aren’t wrong. When an apartment titles its units as a luxury, you can expect some pretty amazing features.

Closets

If you're looking at luxury apartments, chances are it's going to have spacious closets. Not just a spacious closet, but it probably has an organizer too. These are amazing for a variety of reasons. One of the best advantages of luxurious apartments is the space. The closet is no exception. If you have a lot of stuff, the closet is your best bet for staying organized and having a space for everything.

Decent Kitchen

With a luxury apartment, you'll have a decent kitchen. This will include updated countertops, stainless steel appliances, and nice flooring. You should also expect to have a sizable kitchen. Most luxury apartment homes have a great view, open concept, and in general, a place you want to spend time. If you're not getting those vibes from a potential apartment home, it may be best to choose another one. 

Laundry

For being a luxury apartment, it should have a laundry area. If not, in its own room, it should be present in the unit. Having the connections for a washer and dryer would also be adequate. But, the last thing you want to do is move into a luxury apartment that costs an arm and a leg, and you don't even have access to laundry. If you have to take your laundry down to a laundromat, this would not be what is considered a luxurious lifestyle.

Any Community Amenities?

You might be more focused on finding three bedroom premier apartments in Nashville versus the community amenities, but we do advise that you give it some consideration. A lot of what makes an apartment awesome is the community features. These could be things like socials, gyms, pools, spas, saunas, dog parks, etc. It all adds to your quality of living. Never underestimate the amazement of community features and how much they add. If they don’t have anything posted on their website, check with the office. You might be surprised at everything the community has to offer.
