WHY ISN’T KRATOM ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

This is a terrible error.

The United States frequently promotes itself as the "country of the free," where the freedom of information is comparable to a fundamental human right. How much more evidence do I need to make this point clear that we have the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for goodness sake?

But isn't it counterproductive to a brighter, more informed future if social media sites decide that kratom NEWS or kratom ADVOCACY does not belong? How can social media platforms determine what material is "acceptable" when thousands of knowledgeable individuals use kratom every day in the U.S.? Let's not even address the kind of news that is permitted to remain on these social media platforms.

We would comprehend if only advertising or just selling kratom were prohibited. I kid you not! When you're not being marketed to on social media networks, they're more fun. However, it becomes a social (media) conundrum when these platforms start to limit the promotion of scientific facts or critical kratom-related news (and the ensuing conversations).

What Steps Will Kratom Take in the Future of Social Media?

Recently, the American Kratom Association (AKA), arguably the most significant kratom advocacy and legal organisation in the world, developed successful social media pages without being suspended. Given that the AKA is the leading authority on kratom laws, regulations, advocacy, and suggestions, this is a positive step. Kratom will become more widely known as the AKA does on social media!

What do you think about marketing in general and the banning of kratom on social media platforms? Comment below and let us know! Additionally, follow the AKA on all of their social media platforms so that we can bring kratom to the top of the news worldwide:

  • Facebook: American Kratom Association
  • Twitter: @TheKratomAssn
  • Reddit: Americankratom.org
  • YouTube: American Kratom Association
  • LinkedIn: American Kratom Association (yes, also here!
