How do tensioner manufacturers use ratchet straps?

Ratchet Tie Down is a fastener used to secure cargo during transport. When used properly, these straps can support many different weights and cargo sizes. Today, Zhejiang Dongsheng Logistics Control Co., Ltd. will teach you how to use the ratchet belt correctly, pass the belt through the mandrel, and then shake the ratchet to tighten it. To loosen the strap, press the release tab and open the clamp tensioner wheel.

1. Open the barbed wire tensioner using the release tab. The release tab, also called the release lever, is the smaller handle that allows the ratchet handle to disengage. It's in the center of the movable part on top of the ratchet. Pull the release clip up to fully open the ratchet. Place the open ratchet on the table in front of you with the barbed wheel (cog) facing up.

2. Thread the strap through the bottom of the ratchet. The slot at the bottom of the ratchet is called the "axle" and holds the length of the strap. To put the strap on, start under the screw tensioner and push it up through the arbor. The threaded strap should be straight and overlap the length of the second strap on the opposite side of the ratchet.

3. Wholesale Ratchet Straps Continue threading the strap through the ratchet strap mandrel until it feels taut. Remember you can ratchet it down anytime, so don't worry too much about the length.
