Unity Review the gym, eat more healthfully (who wants to waste all that hard work and effort in the gym with some french fries?), and keep my stress levels in check. They say it only takes 21 days to form a habit. Well, I've done it. And I continue to do it every day.
Crazy as it sounds, being out of work is the best thing that ever happened to my weight loss efforts. I no longer feel the high levels of stress and anxiety. And for the first time in years, I'm being proactive about achieving my weight loss goals. Right now my "job" is to become healthy - not just by the number on the scale, but holistically.
