It shows up in the sushi moves part of their menu, with the disclaimer "(not a roll, let us shock you!)." Not to partake in the amazement, yet it's really a bowl of sushi rice finished with barbecued salmon, destroyed tamago, cut avocado, a liberal spoonful of ikura, daikon creates and demolished nori. I've merged this before in my List of Great Things to Eat in Miami for Less Than $11 (no matter what the way that it's very $12.95); it's never arrived at one of these year-end "best" records as of now. That is senseless, since it's one of my #1 things year in, year out. I'm appreciative that Su Shin has had the decision to persist through this prior year, and is at this point open with seating in the parlor district, at outside tables along Aragon Avenue, and for takeout. less
