She provides bespoke training plans for getting back to running 5k, starting your first ultra, as well as all distances for triathlon including Ironman.
My motto is to be better today than I was tomorrow, growing and challenging myself. It’s not about where I’ve been and what I was, it’s about who I am today and who I will one day become.
