The shopping center is an avant-garde example for the city of Chihuahua, since it will have the first underground parking in its entirety.

The Hilton at Paseo Central will be business class and will have 133 rooms, meeting and event rooms, restaurant, gym and roof garden with pool.

With six residential towers, the Premium Apartments will be connected to the shopping center by walks that contemplate green areas. Upon completion of construction, these  towers will comprise more than 120,000 square meters of building.

 

 

According to the directors, the development of mixed uses has important benefits such as optimizing the use of land and resources, where a community ideally planned to house various sectors such as commercial, residential, corporate and hospital will be developed; These will add to excellent road connectivity to the current main avenues of Chihuahua and those that are to come, thus making Paseo Central an important addition to the city.
