坐月子不能刷牙嗎？

　　坐月子不能刷牙嗎？能刷牙。
因為孕婦容易患妊娠期牙齦炎，產後若不注意口腔衛生，炎症則必然會加重。
其次，產婦的身體抵抗力下降及哺乳的需要，一日多餐食入甜軟而富有營養的食物，這些食物是細菌繁殖的溫床。
再加上產婦一般活動少，睡眠多，唾液分泌量減少，牙齒的自潔作用下降。
產婦若不按時認真刷牙漱口，則很容易產生齲齒、牙齦炎，甚至急性牙周病變。
