牙疼怎麼辦?忍忍就過?很多人對醫院牙科抱有這樣的印象:看牙痛苦,看牙貴。因此有了牙病也先自己扛着,實在疼得受不了才就診。其實這是口腔治療的大誤區。有些患者牙齒的牙根暴露了才來就醫,而對於這種沒法挽救的病牙只能拔掉。

牙疼的原因有多種,比如急性牙髓炎、牙周炎、牙隱裂、智齒等口腔疾病。而牙疼對全身也會有些影響,比如長期的牙髓炎、長期的牙周炎,這些炎症在口腔裏面產生細菌、產生毒素,隨着血液循環到全身,對全身其他器官也會造成影響,比如腎臟、心臟、關節、眼睛等等,都會和這些細菌有關係,所以,看口腔疾病不要僅看局部的疾病。

牙疼處理方法,牙痛點算

  牙疼要怎麼治療和預防?

  1.若發生牙髓炎,最好找牙科醫生處理和治療病牙;如果形成牙周膿腫,應及時切開排膿,如果出現面頰部紅腫熱痛,甚至全身發熱、疼痛等,可以使用抗生素和消炎止痛葯。

  2.養成早晚刷牙、養成飯後漱口的好習慣。

  3.少吃酸性刺激物,臨睡前不吃零食;少吃含糖分高的食物,如糖、巧克力.餅乾等。

  4.少吃過於堅硬的食物,以免牙齒磨損;

  5.平時飲食應多攝入富含鈣、無機鹽等的營養食物,多吃高纖維食物。
