白塞氏綜合征是性病嗎？

　　白塞氏綜合征是性病嗎？白塞綜合征又稱口-眼-生殖器綜合征，目前認為這是一種自身免疫性疾病，故白塞綜合征不是性病。
由於生殖器部位出現潰瘍，需要與一些性病相區別。

但本病一般無性亂史，臨床表現有眼、口、生殖器的多種損害，病變處無致病性病原體，梅毒血清試驗陰性，具有反復發作的病史。
