                    一般情況下,孩子6、7歲時,乳牙就完成使命,自動脫落,隨後恆牙逐漸萌出,成為孩子一輩子的好夥伴。但是,有些孩子恆牙已經長出來了,而相應的乳牙卻不肯“退位讓賢”,恆牙被迫從乳牙後面“委曲求全”,從而形成一前一后兩層牙齒。這時候,如果不及時把頑固的乳牙拔掉,就會影響恆牙的正常生長,導致牙齒錯位,排列不齊,咬合不正。

                    


                


                    生命在於運動,牙齒也一樣。牙齒的主要作用就是咀嚼食物,寶寶長出乳牙后,讓牙齒多咀嚼食物,多“鍛煉”,才能促進乳牙牙根的生長發育,而到了一定時期(6、7歲)它才會自然脫落,這是符合一般自然規律的事情,類似於“瓜熟蒂落”。但是,很多家長擔心寶寶吃韌性大的東西噎着,怕硬的食物損傷牙齒,把寶寶的食物都弄得過於精細,青菜切斷了吃,蘋果削薄片吃,堅果磨粉沖泡着吃。這些精細的食物缺乏纖維,食用時根本無需過多咀嚼,不能充分給予乳牙生理性的刺激,從而讓乳牙的牙根和牙槽骨的連接密不可分。恆牙無法取締對應位置的乳牙,只能“另尋出路”,從乳牙的後方長出,這就形成了雙層牙。


                


                    


                


                    俗話說“粗茶淡飯好養人”,過於精細的食物不僅缺失了鋅、硒、鈣等微量元素,影響寶寶生長發育,還由於太容易吞食而使寶寶乳牙不能得到合理的鍛煉。牙科專家建議,家長應該根據寶寶的年齡和乳牙的咀嚼能力,適當地讓寶寶多進食一些耐嚼的食物,例如芹菜、玉米、蘋果、海蜇、牛肉、花生等。常吃這些耐嚼食物可以增加牙齒的咀嚼能力,通過咀嚼動作牽動咀嚼肌群的運動,加速血液循環,促進牙床、頜骨與面骨的發育,促使乳牙按時脫落,保證以後換牙期順利換牙。

                    很多人認為乳牙會自動脫落,健不健康、美不美觀無所謂。其實不然,乳牙的鈣化程度低,不太堅固,如果幼兒時期護理不當,就容易患齲齒。一旦寶寶有齲齒,他的咀嚼功能和消化功能自然容易受到影響,胃腸道無法更好地吸收營養,寶寶的生長發育就會受到影響。另外,寶寶的乳牙不健康,口腔衛生不能得到保證,對日後恆牙的生長也是會有影響的。所以,孩子以後“牙口”好不好,還要看幼兒時期牙齒護理做得是不是到位。
