拔牙禁忌證也是相對的。
主要有嚴重心臟病、高血壓、造血系統疾病、糖尿病、甲狀腺功能亢進、腎臟疾病、肝炎、妊娠、月經期、急性炎症期、惡性腫瘤、長期抗凝藥物治療、長期腎上腺皮質激素治療、神經精神疾患等。
病人在拔牙前應向醫生仔細說明以往的病情，醫生要慎重考慮決定能否拔牙。
