　　什麽是骨塊移植術？骨塊移植術即外置式植骨，又稱上置法植骨。

在骨高度降低 較多，颌般距離或颌間距離大于正常時，常用帶有皮質骨的塊狀 骨，稽加修整後固定在靖頂表面,供區可選擇結骨、腓骨和頰部骨 等.由于取路骨、腓骨和頰部骨創傷較大，可能有下颌前部麻木不 適等並發症.臨床很少應用。
現在多在下颌骨後部外斜線部取骨。
