刷牙出血是正常現象嗎？

　　刷牙出血是正常現象嗎？刷牙時牙刷帶有血色，見多不怪，一些人把它看做正常現象。
其實這是牙周炎症的早期信號，此時牙齦可能還沒有明顯的紅腫和不適，但牙齦組織毛細血管已擴張充血，上皮潰瘍變薄，保護性差，受到微小刺激就會引起出血。
