　　牙釉質發育不全如何預防？牙鈾質發育不全，是因牙在颌骨內發育礦化期間所留下的缺陷在萌出後才被發現.並非牙萌出後機體健康情況的反映。
所以. 對這類患牙在治療上補充維生素D和礦物質是亳無意義的。
要 有效預防本病的發生?需要從婦幼保健工作做起。

輕度軸質發育 不全者可不做處理；牙面有缺陷者.用氟化鈉塗擦以防勸：後牙缺 損凹陷嚴重者、並發融病或可能發生翁病者.可考慮充壊.並在備 洞時應注意避免意外露隨。
前牙的牙面缺損影響美觀者，用光固 化樹脂做貼面修複或烤瓷冠修複。
