很多人都最覺得塞牙只系唔舒服啫,冇乜大唔了,其實不然: 1.塞牙最容易導致腫痛:時間久了就唔肯用腫痛邊食飯,慢慢後養成偏側咀噍甚至進食障礙。 2.約有一半嘅塞牙者都會出現齲齒:滯留食物嘅殘渣經口腔內細菌作用會慢慢地腐蝕牙齒,塞牙部位嘅牙根面和兩顆牙嘅鄰面慢慢齲壞,最後都會引起齲齒,嚴重嘅還會引起牙髓炎、根尖周炎等等。 3.塞牙也會引起牙周病,食物塞到牙縫里陣,感覺到疼,其實就系對牙齦造成了損傷,嚴重點兒還能造成輕微嘅撕裂傷。食物腐爛產生嘅毒素還會刺激牙齦發炎,牙齒出血,慢慢引起牙齦萎縮、牙槽骨吸收、牙齒松動,呢些都系牙周病嘅表現,如果唔及時治療嘅話,最終不得不把牙齒掹掉。
引起塞牙嘅原因: 1.相鄰牙齲壞; 2.補牙時接觸關系恢復唔良; 3.牙齒排列異常; 4.牙周炎造成牙齦萎縮,牙齒間隙暴露 5.智齒由於長嘅不正,系最容易塞嘅一顆牙,食啥塞啥。塞牙嘅對症治療 喺當地正規嘅口腔機構進行口腔檢查,發現引起塞牙嘅原因,對症治療: 原因1.通過補牙解決; 原因2.去正規嘅口腔機構重新修復; 原因3.進行牙齒矯正; 原因4.搵專業嘅醫生進行牙周病嘅治療; 原因5.智齒若系唔礙事,但留無妨;若系發炎了,建議盡早掹掉。抑或喺兒童時期就做窩溝封閉,讓智齒唔得生長,提前做好預防。 口腔預防保健系杜絕塞牙最好嘅辦法:要保持良好嘅口腔習慣:早晚擦牙,飯後漱口,堅持正確嘅使用牙線,每半年一次嘅洗牙和口腔檢查,發現口腔問題早治早好!
