                        2、有的人唾液里磷、鈣的含量較高,唾液又較粘稠,潔牙后不幾月,就又出現了較多的牙石。因此,為了確保口腔的健康,保持牙齒潔白生輝,最好是每半年到牙科診所去潔一次牙,吸煙在每三月就應去潔一次牙。


                    


                        


                    


                        3、對於有些患者在洗牙后出現牙齒鬆動的現象,這是因為牙根以前就發生了萎縮,早已出現的牙縫被牙結石塞得滿滿的,平時不覺得,一旦洗了牙,沒有了牙結石,頓時牙縫就露了出來,並非洗了牙導致牙縫變大,似乎覺得稀了,自然也會有牙齒鬆動的現象,但是牙齒鬆動的現象短時間內就會消失,患者不必要擔心。

                            2、剛洗過牙的人,應該盡量少吃能“染色”的食品,如醬油、軟飲料、葡萄酒和藍莓等,同時,也要少抽煙。而一些質地較堅硬的水果或蔬菜,如蘋果、四季豆、胡蘿蔔和芹菜等,會在咀嚼的過程中“洗刷”牙齒,促進唾液分泌、中和口腔中的酸性物質,起到清潔牙齒的作用。奶製品,尤其是含鈣高的牛奶也能美白牙齒。
