   用光敏與化學固化樹脂材料補牙有什麽不同,複合樹脂是目前性能最爲優良的一種牙色修複材料,由連續相(基質)與間斷相(填料)所構成。其結固的機制是通過一組活化劑與引發劑的作用使連續相聚合而成的。作爲補牙材料主要有光固化與化學固化樹脂,那麽,它們用來補牙有什麽不同呢?化學固化複合樹脂材料可于室溫自凝固化,在臨床應用起來較爲方便,其缺點是可塑期較短,對于臨床醫生的操作技能要求較高,並且這種材料日久易變色。光固化複合樹脂是在光照下固化的樹脂。由于可制成單組分,無須調拌,易操作而無氣泡,色澤好,可抛光,而且這種材料在光照下才發生結固,因此,在臨床工作中,給醫生以充分的操作時間,以利修複材料的修整成形。不足之處是光源對人眼和皮膚有害,臨床操作時應注意防護。總之,光固化複合樹脂的綜合性能優于化學固化複合樹脂。
