　　爲什麽牙痛時會反射到颌面部？患牙儲炎時，疼痛常沿三叉神經分布區放射到同側的上下牙 和頭面部，所以患者常有半側頭痛、太陽穴痛的症狀.由于牙偷內 神經末梢只有痛覺感受器而沒有定位感受器，所以患者往往分辨 不清病牙位置.有時是上牙痛卻感覺下牙痛.或同側後牙均疼痛. 並向耳踱部放射。
