為什麼有的根管會鈣化？

　　為什麼有的根管會鈣化？由牙髓的血液迴圈發生障礙造成牙髓組織營養不良，出現細胞變性，鈣鹽沈積而形成微小或大塊的鈣化物質。
結節性的鈣化遊離於牙髓組織中，或附著在髓腔壁；彌漫性鈣化可造成整個髓腔閉鎖（包括根管）。
後者多發生在牙外傷、經蓋髓或活髓切斷後的病例。
