 養生十六宜”有哪些口腔颌面保健內容,“養生十六宜”是一套以氣功爲主的養生方法,明代已有流傳,並早已載入我國養生經典中。實踐證明,若持之以恒地進行操練,必定會收到健身強體,延年益壽的效果。

  這份“以動養生”的珍貴文獻雖源出中國,卻是在日本發揚光大,日本劄幌一位百歲老壽星獻出祖傳數代的秘方——“ 養生十六宜”:發宜常梳,面宜多擦,目宜常運,耳宜常彈,舌宜舔腭,齒宜數叩,濁宜常呵,背宜常暖,胸宜常護,腹宜常摩,谷道宜常提,肢節宜常搖,足心宜常擦,皮膚宜常幹,大小便宜禁口勿言。其中“面宜多擦,舌宜舔腭,齒宜數叩”爲口腔颌面保健方法。

  面宜多擦:先搓熱雙手,輕做遮面狀並以中指從鼻旁“迎香穴”開始,自下而上擦支額部向兩側分開,拂兩頰而下,20~30次,一般以睡起時做爲宜。古人稱爲“浴面”,有減少顔面皺紋的作用。

  齒宜數叩:口輕閉,上下牙齒相互輕叩,先叩後牙24次,再叩前牙24次,古人稱爲“叩齒”有強健牙齒、防齲、防脫之效。

  舌宜舔腭:將舌尖輕抵或舔動上腭,古人稱爲“舌抵上腭”,此法可溝通任、督兩脈,使陰陽交彙,大益人體,同時將注意力也集中于舌下,自覺有口水潮湧之感,有助于保持口腔清潔。

  宜數咽:在舌舔上腭後會産生大量口水,中醫學把口水叫做“液”視爲“金漿玉”人身之寶,若將口水徐徐咽下,便可灌溉五髒六腑,潤澤肢節毛發,增強脾胃功能,促進消化吸收。

  最後要強調練功時應心靜神甯,思想集中,動作均緩,掌握呼吸,由少到多,循序漸進,貴在堅持,功到渠成。
