口腔疾病多為慢性疾病,早期症狀不明顯,易被忽視。因此,每年都要定期做口腔健康檢查,做到早發現早治療。一般成人每年查一次,兒童和孕婦每隔半年查一次。



5、每年洗一次牙



就算每天早晚擦牙,也不可避免牙結石嘅形成,每年洗一次牙,能減少牙結石嘅累積,讓口腔始終保持清潔。
