為什麼兒童更容易患齲？

　　

　　為什麼兒童更容易患齲？兒童期的牙列主要為乳牙列。
乳牙較恒牙容易患齲，與乳牙的解剖形態，組織結構，礦化程度及所處環境等因素有關。
由於兒童年齡小，不能很好地保持口腔衛生，食物多為軟質，黏稠性強，使食物軟垢易滯留在牙面上，且食物含糖量較高易發酵產酸，使牙齒脫礦，成為齲病發生的重要因素。
